Grab Your Beads! It’s Time to Party New Orleans Style at Disneyland Resort!

Today the new “Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee!” debuted to guests in New Orleans Square at the Disneyland Resort, and you can catch the show now through January 3. If you’re someone who likes to be the life of the party, then you will love this show. It begins with a colorful, jazz-filled procession through New Orleans Square with the characters from the new Disney film “Princess and the Frog,” and continues on the Mark Twain riverboat. Check out video of the show at the Disneyland Resort below and see photos of the show at Walt Disney World from our previous story on the Disney Parks Blog.

  • I love the live singing so much. WDW’s pretracked version just makes me wish I could listen to it at home on CD.

  • Does anyone know what time they do this at the Magic Kingdom? I don’t want to make dinner reservations which would make us miss it.

  • Cannot wait to see this show!! I’ve seen video of the Magic Kingdom version and I love it!!

  • This show is really great! I was wondering how they would pull it off, but it was wonderful!! All of the action is from the side of the boat that faces the audience. Including regular patrons of the park was awesome. They did a good job of performing and interacting with the paid performers. Including some older children, maybe 10 and up, would be great. A man near me was so enthralled that he dropped his camera in the river!!

  • Me and my friends were in the first show this morning!! It was so much fun!!!

  • I saw this today at the park. It was fantastic. Tiana is beautiful and the whole cast was talented. I consider it a new “must see” at Disneyland.

  • This is an awesome show. I’m trying to decide if I like WDW’s where the characters don’t sing or Disneyland’s where they are live-person singing. Hmmm… guess I’ll have to decide that in 14 days when I arrive at WDW!
