  • Thanksgiving Pizza!

I layout pizza dough, coat it with gravy, then sprinkle on turkey and stuffing. I finish up with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for about 10 minutes at 425. It is delicious!

  • I agree. Healthier diets are the way to go for sure – everyone is happier for it and Disney won’t have to refurb as many rides to accomodate the new “larger sized” person.

As far as Thanksgiving leftover tips, I smash my leftover mashed potatoes into potatoe pancakes and broil them. This, with some leftover green beans that were cooked with onions sauteed in olive oil, makes a nice lunch.

  • Sounds AMAZING!! Will have to dig out my Panini Press!!

  • I dont think the stuffing is necessary in a sandwich. You already have cheese and bread. It seems like you should lighten up on the carbs and calories the day after Thanksgiving and hit the treadmill.
