Executive Pastry Chef Jean Marc Viallet and Disneyland Resort Ambassador Danielle Dubois give a few tips on how to turn chocolate sponge cake, coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache into a festive tasty treat.

Can’t wait to make it at home? The complete recipe is available here. For more ideas on creating a holiday meal, check out the “Tasty Recipes to Savor” on Disneyland.com. Recipes from the Resort include Citrus Roasted Half Chicken and Asparagus Bruschetta.
