How to Make a Yule Log

If you’re looking for a different dessert to serve at your holiday party or bring to the work potluck this year, check out this video that shows how make a Yule Log. Executive Pastry Chef Jean Marc Viallet and Disneyland Resort Ambassador Danielle Dubois give a few tips on how to turn chocolate sponge cake, coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache into a festive tasty treat.

  • I saw this on a tv show with a chef named Guy who took his family to Disneyland. They also made a turkey crepe. This is a seasonal special they said. Is it posslible to share that recipe ?
