Oohs and aahs and “how cool” erupted on my side of the room when “My Magical Disney Vacation” debuted at the Social Media Moms Celebration. So, of course, I wanted to share it with our blog readers.
It’s best to just try it. Visit www.mymagicaldisneyvacation.com and upload an image of your face and the faces of your favorite traveling companions. Answer a few quick questions to customize your vacation video and then your online journey begins through the best of Walt Disney World Resort. Try it out and let us know what you think.

I’m so excited that you posted this on the blog! I am helping 2 families plan vacations to Disney Parks right now & I’m very excited to share this with them! Their kids will be thrilled!

The site keeps bombing when I click “upload”. Any tips?

Hi Lesley…seems to be working now. Please make sure your images are under 2MB in size.

As with most Disney online it did not work for me. The birthday section would only give me 6 options, on months, dates and years.

Thank you! Loved it, and loved sharing with all my friends and family!

That’s awesome! I just created my own family vacation for my blog. Thanks for sharing.

This is pretty neat, Thomas! It worked great for me.
By the way, I just listened to this week’s WDW Radio Show and was really interested in your interview! It was great to hear you on the show.

Very cool, but for some reason it adds one of it its own people.

Hi I can’t get these comments to work properly. It keeps telling me that I am trying to post comments too fast. how frustrating
leanne from ACT on February 17th, 2010 at 3:39 am
I had great fun! but it kept putting in a random Asian guy as the main person rather than my friends. Is there a way to get rid of the guy and let my friends play?

Love this idea and can’t wait to share with my clients but it takes a very long time to download and I cannot pull up birthday months past June???? I think I’ll wait until the “bugs” are worked out to send to my clients!!

Emailing the Magical Vacation brings up a dead link to the recipient. On top of that, it puts random faces in the video instead of my pictures.
leanne from ACT on February 18th, 2010 at 12:28 am
Yep – I’m sad to report that I had the same problems with email – besides the recipient receiving a page full of links to graphics and other technobabble, then my comments were not showing and they didn’t which one to click on. when it was clicked the link was dead, and yeah I’m still getting that random Asian guy

I love it. I could spend all day making different choices. Please keep these types of things coming!

Fairly awful, but having Fantasmic! music in the background makes everything in life better!
