On May 8 we invite you to sink your teeth into something sweet!
For Mother’s Day this year, Sterling Confections adds a little Disney magic to concoct a special treat for mom. The triangular-shaped chocolate has been transformed into a Mickey Truffle Bar. These extraordinary bars can only be found at domestic Disney Parks and are available in a few flavors, including Double Hazelnut Caramel and Pineapple Ginger Macadamia Nut.
Jim Martin, president of Sterling Confections, will be on hand May 8 from 9 am to 11 am at Candy Palace in Disneyland park and from 1 pm to 4 pm at Marceline’s Confectionery in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort to talk about the process of candy making and what makes Sterling Confections and the Truffle Bar such a delectable treat.
Here’s a tip for you: The triangular bars should be served sliced, exposing the beautiful layers of ganache. And no matter how you slice it, you’ll find the iconic shape of Mickey Mouse nearly all the way through.

Can these truffles be ordered by mail?

I’d really be interested in knowing if they could be ordered from the Parks for mail delivery, and the other flavors that might be available.

Right now, these are the only flavors that are available in our Mickey Truffle Bars. But I’m so glad you liked them. Wait until you try one. As for being able to order them… at this time they will only be available to purchase at the Resort locations mentioned above.
