'World of Color'

We’ve added two performances of “World of Color,” just for annual passholders this week. Annual passholders have a unique opportunity to see the nighttime water spectacular at Disney California Adventure park at 9:15 p.m. on September 15 and 16. Guests who are not annual passholders can still see the regularly scheduled show at 8:15 p.m. on both nights.

We heard from a lot of annual passholders that it’s difficult to visit the Park in the mornings and obtain a Disney FASTPASS ticket, so this is a special opportunity just for annual passholders.

Here are the details:

  • Disney FASTPASS ticket distribution will begin at 5 p.m. at the Grizzly River Run FASTPASS location.
  • A valid Annual Passport must be presented to obtain a Disney FASTPASS ticket.
  • Disney FASTPASS tickets are limited and are subject to availability.
  • Annual passholders with a Disney FASTPASS ticket need to be in Disney California Adventure park prior to park close at 8:00 p.m. on the day of show and will need to queue beginning at 8:45 p.m.
  • In addition to a special showing of “World of Color,” passholders will have the following attractions available to them from 8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.:
  • Annual Passholders without a FASTPASS ticket will be accommodated if space is still available in the alternate viewing area.

Enjoy the show!

  • I went last night and made sure to wait extra early for a chance to grab a prime viewing spot for the show. The first time we watched from way in the back, and I have to say, this viewing experience was SO much better! I noticed all the details, and just more immersed in the show

Keep up the great work, I love these special AP events and opportunities. It definitely makes the AP very worthwhile!

  • Went yesterday. It was awesome to have the park all to ourselves. WOC wasn’t full at all. There was plenty of space to roam around. My only gripe is that they should’ve left the park open for us longer than 45 min. 45 min only gave us enough time to get on one ride. 🙁 BTW, they do ask for you pass before you can get on any ride.

At the end of the night, a lot of cast members got together and got on top of some platform and kept thanking us, waving good, and cheering us as we were walking out. That was awesome!

  • Jessica–Sorry to hear that. 🙁

  • Just a warning to everyone: went last night with my sister, we got there only one minute after 8 to get into DCA and they turned everyone away unless you already had a fastpass. Didn’t seem quite fair since the website advertised that if open spaces were available, other APs could fill those spaces. There were a lot of unhappy passholders last night. :/

  • We went last night and the show was EVEN BETTER than the show on opening day !…the spheres were not there, but the show was still AMAZING…THANKS SO MUCH !!!
