For those of you attending tonight’s Mickey’s Halloween Party, the special nighttime private party on Tuesdays and Fridays in October and Halloween night, here’s a peek at what you can look forward to.
Above is a look at the opening float for Mickey’s Costume Party, an exclusive experience at Mickey’s Halloween Party.
The purple Haunted Castle Float was decorated by Mickey with bats, ghosts, spider webs, pumpkins and skulls.
Club Skellington at the French Market is a dance party headlined by Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, at the thrilling and chilling dance party that captures the ghoulish delights of Halloweentown.
Buzz Lightyear’s Intergalactic Space Jam at Tomorrowland Terrace features an out-of-this-world dance party with Buzz Lightyear, Buzz Girl dancers, Green Army Men and Space Diva DJ.

Does anyone know if there will be trick or treating at Anaheim downtown disney?
@Lisa … in addition to the Halloween Screams fireworks and Mickey’s Costume parade, suggest seeing the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay of Haunted Mansion, the Ghost Galaxy overlay of Space Mountain, and the Halloween Tree in Frontierland.
omg was there for the oct 22nd halloween party….. off the hook where else on earth can adults trick or treat….. yeah got a bag full of great candy… the decorations the parade the firework show, the haunted mansion and the ghost galaxy best time ever.. better than the christmas party which we have been to on bot coasts…. much props to the disneyland halloween team.
So looking forward to being there for the party Halloween night. This will be our first time to this event and it looks like we’ll all have a blast! Any tips for ‘must see’ besides the Halloween Screams??
We leave in 4 days for the party! My children don’t know yet….it will be a great surprise!!! We have done the Mickey’s Christmas Party but never the Halloween Party. They will be so shocked! I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!

We were there on October 12th and wanted to go. Couldn’t justify $250+ to take my family of five. We went twice before at DCA and paid much less with a Disney Visa card discount. It was a great time but we would also like to see an annual pass holder discount and might consider it next year.
Also, I didn’t like that the Halloween Screams was exclusive to this event when it was offered throughout the Halloween season last year.
Wish I could go during Halloween ^^ That’d be totally awesome to see XD <3
My friends, dressed as the Hitchhiking Ghost and Ghost Bride from Haunted Mansion got asked to be in the parade!! I can’t wait to see pix! I sure hope someone got some for them. *squeeee*
I will once again to ask that the price for this awesome event be lowered next year for APs…we spend so much money on the passes and our visits, I really wish Disney would cut us a better deal. I’m sure tix would sell out much faster, but at least families would have a better chance of going. As it is, the price is just too high for the majority of us. Just sayin’.

Hi Heather, I’m going to the Halloween Party on Tuesday and was wondering if you or anyone here knows if they have Maleficent walking around or posing for pics??? Also I won tickets to attend the Villains Victory Party and was curious since Maleficent is in the lead and has been for pretty much the entire voting timeframe if she will be at the party? She’s my favorite villain so I wanna be prepared 🙂 Thanks

WOW!!!! This looks like so much fun! Halloween isn’t that big in Australia, but it’s getting more momentum each year I’ve noticed. What a great way to celebrate at Disneyland!
This looks really fun. So glad they moved it to Disneyland. I Think it just has more options for magic, than DCA. I had a chance to go to the Halloween Party at WDW and it was fun, perhaps I will have to try Disneyland’s next year, the floats in the parade look great!
My family & I went to the Halloween party last week and had a Blast!!! It was so much fun and the kids got a lot of candy! I saw so many great costumes, the fireworks were great, and seeing Mickey & friends dressed in there Halloween costumes was great & we got a lot of pictures! If you have never been you need to go!
@James … I attended the Halloween Time party on Oct 5 and had my picture taken with Buzz and TWO Buzz Girls. Asked for their names and they said they are the Buzz Girls.
Btw, Disney … had an awesome time at the Halloween party, although a little bit rainy. Equally impressive to what Disneyworld has to offer at the Magic Kingdom with Mickey’s Not So Scary party.
We went last Friday night and I was Flora, my sister was Merryweather, my friend was Fauna and her daughter was Sleeping Beauty. We had so much fun and the fireworks were fantastic! We loved every minute of the party and look forward to doing it again next year.
Pretty cool!
We’ll be going tonight. I’m really looking forward to it… especially Halloween Screams, which we were fortunate enough to see once last year.
