Download Voucher, Dine During Off Hours, Save 30 Percent

posted on December 8th, 2010 by Pam Brandon, Disney Parks Food Writer

Here’s an easy way to save vacation dollars and enjoy a delicious theme park dining experience. Between Dec. 19 and Jan. 3 at Disneyland Resort and between Dec. 19 and Jan. 1 at Walt Disney World Resort, you can redeem a voucher to save 30 percent with the purchase of any entrée at select restaurants. But please note that you must dine before noon or between 3 and 4:30 p.m. (and alcohol is excluded).

Just think – you’ll save money and alleviate wait times when you dine in these off-peak hours during one of the busiest seasons at the Disney theme parks.

Forget burgers and dogs and fill up on a delectable entrée like the Hacienda Caesar Salad at Rancho del Zocalo in Disneyland Park or an Asian Rice Bowl at Lucky Fortune Cookery at Disney California Adventure Park. Find a seat upstairs at Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom Park and relax with a big bowl of vegetarian chili. Go for the grilled salmon or rotisserie pork chop at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. The Buffalo chicken sandwich at Studio Catering Company at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the tasty barbecue from Flame Tree Barbecue at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park round out our recommendations. The full list of restaurants is below.

You can print out a voucher using the links above, or at Walt Disney World Resort it’s in the Times Guide, at the bottom of select merchandise receipts, or at the bottom of receipts from select resort quick-service restaurants. At Disneyland Resort, it’s on the Holiday Entertainment Guide or on select merchandise receipts.

Sorry, can’t be combined with any other offer or promotion. Theme park admission is required and taxes and tips are not included.

Wooooo-hooooo! Thank you Pam! My family and I were planning to head to DLR for the Holidays but we’re a little short on money, so this is a wonderful helping gift to us!

Anne from SC on December 8th, 2010 at 11:54 am

LOVE this… makes me want to book a trip. I hope Disney will make future offers similar to this. My family always eats during off-hours.

3

Christina on December 8th, 2010 at 12:00 pm

Fantastic! We always eat at “off hours” it’s nice to get a bonus for doing so.

4

Michael on December 8th, 2010 at 12:27 pm

Aw, man, my family’s not getting to Disney World until January 3. Bummer! Timing definitely is everything.

5

Tammy from IA on December 8th, 2010 at 12:35 pm

Do you need to have a new voucher for each meal or can you keep and re-use?

6

Di Anna from WA on December 8th, 2010 at 12:56 pm

Oh darn we will be at Disneyland 12/13 thru 12/18 with college students this would have been great for them. Mickey I am sad!

7

stacy from VA on December 8th, 2010 at 1:05 pm

Wow, was all excited to get a discount for our trip…but sadly this silly thing STARTS the day we leave:(

8

Margaret from GA on December 8th, 2010 at 1:16 pm

Absolutely perfect! We are going to be at DHS on the 24th to dip our great niece’s feet in pixie dust for the first time. ;) We know that we are going to eat at off peak times anyway, so this will certainly help keep the cost down. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Leigh on December 8th, 2010 at 1:38 pm

Good deal! Wish I would be there!

10

Lisa on December 8th, 2010 at 1:46 pm

11

Therese on December 8th, 2010 at 3:29 pm

I can only hope you do this again at the end of Jan… anywhere between Jan 29-Feb 4 would be wonderful!!!

Jesse from CA on December 8th, 2010 at 3:48 pm

13

Jessica on December 8th, 2010 at 5:22 pm

Darn, I wish I could take advantage of this… My family and I will be at the resort on January 22nd. Any chance of extending this? :)

14

Shelley from ON on December 8th, 2010 at 5:48 pm

Great promotion, but they always seem to be around christmas time (also referring to extra 10-20% off merchandise promos) We usually go in January when its considered the ‘slow season’ but there are never any promos…..can you pass it along that it would be appreciated? Thanks.

15

t from ON on December 8th, 2010 at 6:24 pm

Ditto – we’re going Jan 20! Please extend!

16

Dana on December 8th, 2010 at 6:41 pm

I’ve tried to print the DisneyWorld voucher but it keeps saying “drawing error”. What should I do? The Disneyland voucher comes right up. No problem. Thx.

17

Alonso on December 8th, 2010 at 7:04 pm

This sounds great! I have a question about this restriction though:

“Sorry, can’t be combined with any other offer or promotion.”

Does this mean it can’t be combined with the current Annual Passholder discount?

Pam Brandon on December 10th, 2010 at 6:59 am

Offer cannot be combined with Annual Passholder Discount.

18

nicholas from OH on December 8th, 2010 at 8:41 pm

19

Barbara on December 8th, 2010 at 9:58 pm

this would not print for me. In adobe it says could not draw it!

20

Jenny on December 8th, 2010 at 10:24 pm

Thank you Mickey! We have a party of 12 going to be there the 20th through the 26th, so the timing on this could not have been better!

21

Catherine on December 8th, 2010 at 11:00 pm

Thanks so much! This will really come in handy during the holidays. I’m looking forward to some tasty tasty meals.

22

Kristin from NJ on December 9th, 2010 at 8:41 am

This is great for us! We can use it for all but the last 2 days of our trip!

23

Miranda on December 9th, 2010 at 9:58 am

When I print it out it says no photo copies, but I don’t have a color copier. Will this still work? Can we print out more and use them at different times?

Pam Brandon on December 10th, 2010 at 7:00 am

You do not need a color printer, and you can print out more than once, yes!

24

Jessi on December 9th, 2010 at 6:18 pm

It keeps saying there is a “drawing error”. help?

25

suzie from TN on December 9th, 2010 at 7:14 pm

Wow!!! I hope Disney does this over the Spring Break holiday as well. That would be a great discount for our family of 6!! Way to go Disney…keep finding ways to make our $$ go farther at the happiest place on Earth!!!!

26

Mary from NV on December 10th, 2010 at 5:34 am

The coupon says no photcopies. Does that mean we have to have an original coupon or is a printed one okay? I would hate for it to be denied at time of purchase because it is a copy that I printed at home.

27

Regina from FL on December 10th, 2010 at 2:25 pm

I do not see an answer to the ‘drawing error’ as many of us cannot print the dining voucher. Please help!

28

Veronica on December 11th, 2010 at 1:09 pm

This is great but it won’t let me print the voucher. It keeps shutting down my system.

29

Alpha from CA on December 11th, 2010 at 1:25 pm

Great coupon as we like to go on New Years day and get there in time for a late lunch! Thanks ºmº

30

Sarah on December 11th, 2010 at 1:27 pm

Question- We will be there in 11 days. My Dad is a cast member and will be getting us in. Can we use this voucher with tickets from a cast member?

31

Suzanne from AZ on December 11th, 2010 at 1:59 pm

I’m not going until mid January! Please make a voucher for then!! :oD

32

Jeff on December 11th, 2010 at 2:30 pm

This is awesome! We have 3Day hoppers and will be there during the New Years weekend! Thanks!!! 8(:-)

33

Karen on December 11th, 2010 at 2:58 pm

When I try and print the coupon, it prints a blank sheet, even though I can see the coupon on the screen.

34

Tobi on December 11th, 2010 at 3:16 pm

If you get the “drawing error” simply download the newest Adobe Reader version X for free. Took care of my issue.

Thanks again for the GREAT coupon.

35

Mary on December 11th, 2010 at 4:51 pm

Darn – we are going on the 15th just before the So. CA. Pass is up…we would have loved to try one of the restaurants we hadn’t tried yet with this coupon.
Hope you have another coupon soon!

36

Michelle on December 11th, 2010 at 5:12 pm

I am getting an error as well, but did not get that error on the 8th when I first viewed the coupon. Has something changed?

37

Jennifer on December 11th, 2010 at 6:08 pm

I’m also getting an error, only a small red spot will print

38

Deborah from CA on December 12th, 2010 at 12:41 pm

Thank You, thank you, Thank you. please do this more often

39

Jeff on December 12th, 2010 at 8:44 pm

Do we need a coupon for each person in our party or will one coupon cover our full bill?

40

Robert on December 12th, 2010 at 9:31 pm

If you are getting the ‘drawing error’ save the pdf to you desktop and then open.
There are some issues depending on which version of Adobe and which browser version you are using.

41

Wendy from OH on December 13th, 2010 at 11:56 am

Regarding the “Drawing Error”: Right click on the words “Print Walt Disney World Voucher” – Click on “Save target as..” to save on your desktop – then open up the PDF from your desktop. This worked for me, hope it works for you! Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah everyone!
