    • I’ve been to all of the Family Fun Days events and they’ve all been great. I love seeing the music, costumes and dances of other cultures and have really enjoyed all of the groups brought in to perform. The Kickin’ Country Weekend & Character Fan Days were great fun, too. It’s also been great fun seeing the characters in costumes we don’t usually get to see them in, along with characters we don’t get to see very often. I hope these events will happen again sometime!

I am hoping to see the Chinese Dragon Dance this weekend. I was there on Saturday last weekend and saw it mentioned in the show guide. But, the Cast Members said it was only performing on Sunday. I will be going on Sunday this weekend, so hope to get to see it this time. That would make my Disneyland Lunar New Year Celebration complete!

    • loved the event – and again, thank you for the character photo opportunities. i have the same question as loren – will there be different characters coming out this weekend than last?

also, as a side note, and i’m not sure where to direct this, but i’ve been attending the family fun weekends (not just this one), and i love them! i’ve got quite a few photos taken by the photopass photographers. i was wondering if there were any plans to have a “family fun weekend” border that you could choose to add on to your photos – or even better, a border with the name of that event, i.e. “character fan days” or something. those would be really cool, and a great way to remember that/those event(s).

    • this is way to awesome! is it at dland park in anaheim california? cause i will be there the 10th through the 13th that would be so cool to see!

    • I am so glad the Lunar New Year Festival at Disneyland is continuing this weekend because I was out of town last weekend. But, why the limited amount of characters for the Lunar New Year as opposed to the other weekends? At least the Fab 5 came out for Fiesta Disneyland and Kickin’ Country. Any chances of Donald, Goofy and Pluto this weekend as well in traditional dress? Or, any other characters from Mulan?
