Monsters Cause Mayhem at Disney California Adventure Park

posted on February 1st, 2011 by Valarie Sukovaty, Disneyland Public Relations

Another “Pixar Pals!” show has popped up at Disney California Adventure park. This time, the lovable monsters from “Monsters, Inc.” are inviting guests to scream, laugh and dance in a 10-minute interactive fun experience called “Monster Mayhem.” It’s a scream! (Note: You really will scream and laugh.)

You can see this show Fridays through Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in front of the ElecTRONica stage (park entrance) and again at 1:00 p.m. at the cloud wall near the Hyperion Theater.

“Pixar Pals! Monster Mayhem” follows the debut of another show that has been popping up at Disney California Adventure park recently, “Pixar Pals! The Incredibles: Heroes in Training.” You can see that show Fridays through Tuesdays at 2:15 p.m., 3:25 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.

Check out this video and see how much fun monsters and guests can have together.

This is a great little show. We were there when they filmed this- we are actually in the background- my son is in the orange cap most easily seen at :20. We saw the camera and I immediately thought of the Disney Parks Blog. Can’t wait until our next trip!

Oh, this looks fun, I’m going to be at DLR this week and I’ll try to catch it. (Robert, I saw your son at :20!)

Looks like a fun little show.

Again, I have to say that I am very glad that the park is still offering some kind of street entertainment during the expansion.

That’s fine as long as you bring back the parade when construction settles down.
