Today marks the ninth anniversary of Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France. And what better way to celebrate than to share a day at the park with all of our Disney Parks Blog readers?

Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy a whirlwind trip via our new tilt-shift video, “A Magical Day at Disneyland Paris,” and see just about everything Walt Disney Studios Park and Disneyland Park has to offer.

Tilt-shift videos like these use different photo angles, focus settings and color saturation adjustments to make the subject of a photo appear miniature.

It took more than seven months and 4,000 photographs to produce this 2:38-minute clip.

  • I love how tilt shift video makes everything look like a toy play set. I loved seeing the Slinky Dog ride. I have been to Disneyland Paris but they didn’t have that one at the time. It looks like fun! Thanks for the great video!

  • Is their any plans for a tilt-shift video of Disneyland in Ca?

  • it’s very exciting for me to see Disneyland Paris on this blog! I think it has the most beautyful of the Magic Kingdoms and it’s Sleeping Beauty Castle is really spectacular. I hope some day I’ll visit America to visit the American parks.

  • If only tilt-shift was used back in Walt’s day. Seeing a video from the early days of Disneyland Park would rock!

  • These tilt-shift videos are AWESOME! And I think this particular video is the best one yet!! I too would love to see one of Disneyland, since that’s where all my first Disney memories came from growing up. 🙂

  • This looks amazing. Wishes!

  • I visited Disneyland Paris for the first time in November and loved it! I live in Alaska, but was vacationing in Paris for a week. My two favorite attractions at these parks was ‘Crush’s Coaster’ and ‘Phantom Manor’. I will defintely visit again on my next trip to France!!

  • I went to this park for my second visit last winter and I loved it. The Toy Story area is amazing and the RC Racer ride was by far the best in there. I also love Crushes Coaster which is only really quickly shown on this. Seeing this has made me want to go back again. Doing my third Disney park in 2 years though soon! Eeek excited!

  • thank you for making this video, it makes me really happy that you have finally featured ”my” park, as I have been there 10 times and still loving it! sadly the Toy Story Playland wasn’t open yet when me and my parents went last year, and sadly I wont be able to experience it next year as I will be busy taking pictures in Disney World in Florida! that will be my second visit to Florida and I’m really exited!

  • Liza- Yes, I was excited to see footage of Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin, too. That’s one of three attractions in the Toy Story Playland area of The Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris. The other two are the RC Racer and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop. Has anyone experienced these?

  • These are great and a wonderful tribute to Walt as he loved miniature models of all sorts. I imagine that he would have loved these videos as well.
