It’s Tuesday at Disney Parks – Let’s Talk Trash

posted on August 30th, 2011 by Ryan March, Editor, Disney Vacation Club’s Disney Files Magazine

It’s Trash Talk Tuesday!

Trash cans and recycling bins at Disney Parks are themed to support the immersive storytelling environments in which they appear. They’re so well themed, in fact, that some guests can identify their location simply by studying a photograph of their design.

Where at Disney Parks Can You Find This Trash Can?

Here’s today’s challenge: Where in a Disney park can you find this trash can? The answer will posted here later today on the Disney Parks Blog, as well as on our Disney Vacation Club Facebook page.

Answer: At Camp Minnie-Mickey at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

I’m going to guess Animal Kingdom, and if I need to be more specific, Then maybe in Africa at the Animal Kingdom.

Campy Mickey-Minnie! Where you can visit Mickey and his Friends on their “greeting trails” and catch Festival of the Lion King.

I love trash cans at Disney, precisely for the level of detail. There’s even a blog out there called Magical Trash – not mine, I just love that kind of quirky fan site!
