Dondi served us the last two times we ate at Napa Rose. He was so great, when I made our reservations for our next dinner there (at the Chef’s Counter, finally) I asked if he could be our server, if at all possible. I’m glad that he’s being showcased in this video, because he’s fantastic.

I love so many things about Napa Rose (the food, the ambiance, the wine list), but I really have to tip my hat to the staff. It’s rare to find a restaurant of this caliber that has such a friendly staff. I’m a novice when it comes to wine, but every server that I’ve encountered at Napa Rose has been eager to take the time to share their knowledge and help me choose the perfect wines for my meals. (P.S. – I loved seeing the shot of the Silverado bottle in the video. That’s my favorite winery…and not just because of the Disney connection!)
