Gonna take a wild guess at this one. Can’t begin to explain how I came up with this guess, but I’m gonna say it’s the life jacket on the GRR bear in DCA.
It is the BOTTOM BUCKLE of the bear at the Grizzly River Rapids at Disney’s California Adventure!
