Fall Vacations Will Be Simply Delicious at the Walt Disney World Resort

posted on March 5th, 2012 by Jennifer Fickley-Baker, Editorial Content Manager

The incentive to plan an early fall vacation here at the Walt Disney World Resort just got a little sweeter, thanks to the return of one of our most popular guest offers – free Disney dining!

Guests will get a free dining plan when they buy a nondiscounted five-night/six-day Walt Disney Travel Co. room and ticket package at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. To be eligible, guests must book through May 18 for vacations taking place at Walt Disney World between Aug. 25 and Sept. 29.

In case you haven’t dined on the plan before, the Disney Dining Plan (available for packages that include a stay a Disney Deluxe, Deluxe Villa and Moderate Resorts) includes meals and snacks at more than 100 select Walt Disney World restaurants, while the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan (available for packages that include a stay at Disney Value Resorts) includes meals and snacks at more than 50 restaurants.

Love the free dining plan and have been waiting for an announcement. Sadly it would start the week after our planned trip so might not make it down to the world this year. :-(

My fingers are crossed for the wonderful folks at Disney to extend this offer into October. If they would, I could convince my Dad to book another vacation. We took advantage of an offer like this last September, and now we’re spoiled! Dad doesn’t want to go back for a few years unless we get a free dining plan!
