Yesterday, Disney California Adventure park guests were able to see the entire exterior of Carthay Circle Theatre for the first time, and today another beautiful park landmark has been revealed. Carthay Circle Fountain is now visible, and as you can see in these brand-new images from Paul Hiffmeyer, it was worth the wait!

In the video below (filmed before the construction walls came down), Imagineer Lisa Girolami gives some insight into the inspiration for this fountain and how it helps tell the story of the Los Angeles that Walt Disney may have discovered when he first arrived.

Come see Carthay Circle for yourself when Buena Vista Street opens on June 15!

Every single aspect of Buena Vista Street is looking incredibly classy!

I can’t wait for it to open! (Partly because I never did quite get used to that temporary walkway into the park. I’ll be so happy to enter the park the “normal” way again!)

Security is going to have to pry me out of Buena Vista Street with a crowbar at park closing because I’m never going to want to leave!!!
