A few weeks ago, I told you about the new ice skating rink coming to the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. Today I’m pleased to tell you that the ice rink, celebrating the new Disney film, “Secret of the Wings,” is now officially open! Last night, Tinker Bell and her pixie sister, Periwinkle, joined us to celebrate this new, magical experience. Take a look!

This reminds me of when there used to be the ice skating rink at the Disneyland Hotel during the holidays. Great to have it back at Downtown Disney!
Wow, that’s sounds cool! I have two questions… One, how much would it cost to go skating? And two, is this a permanent, year-round thing, or will it only be around during the winter, or…?
How long will this be here till in January? How much will it cost to skate?

Awesome! It’s nice to see that the Resort hasn’t been forgotten in all the mad rush updates to the WDW resort fantasy land. One question for those who haven’t been on the ice in some/or any time. Will there be lessons on how to skate or is it only the rentals?
