Burton, actress Helena Bonham-Carter and their children, Billy Ray (9) and Indiana Rose (5), posed with Jack and Sally, characters from “The Nightmare before Christmas” (released in 1993), in front of the famous Phantom Manor attraction.

During the visit, Burton was also greeted by Mickey Mouse. Disney’s Halloween Festival at Disneyland Paris will celebrate Halloween with these characters and more through November 4.

  • We were at Disneyland Park Paris a couple of weeks ago and I have to tell ‘ya, Jack and Sally are the best … they not only just will take a picture with you but Jack is so interested in folks asking questions … young and old love it!, and Sally helps him with different language translations. What Awesome characters indeed, now as Jack would say ‘Eureka!’

  • Apparently Jack is an alien.

  • Jack and Sally were at West End Downtown Disney recently

  • Why does every Disney park other than WDW have Jack and Sally characters? : (

  • Looks like they edited it out.

  • Love this! (and I don’t see anywhere on this post where it says they are married…)

  • What a great way to celebrate Halloween and “Frankenweenie” – Tim Burton and Helena Bonham Carter are two of my favorite creative collaborators! (Although I believe they are domestic partners and not married.)

  • Actually, Helena Bonham Carter isn’t Tim Burton’s wife. They’re domestic partners.
