Halloween at the Walt Disney World Resort

Belle & Beast Hunt for a New Castle in HGTV’s ‘House Hunters International’ Spoof

posted on November 30th, 2012 by Jennifer Fickley-Baker, Social Media Manager

With all the new real estate we’ve added to Magic Kingdom Park with the New Fantasyland expansion, new castles are popping up and Disney royalty is about to move in.

Check out this video, in which Belle and Beast enlist the help of HGTV’s “House Hunters International” to find them a new castle home. On Belle’s wish list is a library, of course, but with three lovely castles in the Fantasyland area, how can a girl choose?

LOVE this video. I really thought they would pick that lovely seaside castle but I guess that darn sea witch got in the way…

I dunno if it’s the same director working on all these promo videos (dwarves,Wicked Queen, Hook for Food & Wine, the toy soldier for Christmas, and this), but they’ve all been FANTASTIC!!! This is my favorite one, though, as I’m partial to anything Beauty and the Beast! Great job, Disney.

That Realtor Jack fellow looks awfully familiar. It’s like I’ve seen his face before somewhere else, I just can’t remember where.

I hope I get a job soon so I can save enough to experience this “golden shiny” that is New Fantasyland for myself. We don’t have anything like this where I’m from.

This is THE cutest thing I’ve ever seen! I’m glad the seaside castle is still on the market ;)

That was great! My daughter and I love watching those shows to guess what the buyers will pick. Congrats to Belle and the Beast on their new castle. Was hoping to get to see a little more of the castle interiors – guess we’ll have to wait to see them in person in May!

@Peter – You probably saw him hanging out at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a while, if that helps. :) (At least, I’m pretty sure it’s who we’re both thinking of.)

This video is adorable! I cannot wait until next year when I get to see it all in person! Be Our Guest Restaurant is just the most perfect thing!

This is why I love Disney… It’s just too good! (Personally I would have chosen castle #1) :D
