As a Senior Show Director, Randy Wojcik gets to dream up Disneyland Resort entertainment experiences, such as “A Salute to the Golden Horseshoe Revue,” and the “Destination: Cars Land” float recently featured in the 124th Rose Parade. In this installment of “Every Role a Starring Role,” Randy will talk about directing both, admitting there’s never a dull moment in his role. See why in this video!

  • I gotta say, being a show director is my dream job. I a huge planner, and I love working behind the scenes. Everything that you do is exactly what I would want to do. Every time I see a parade I am in awe of how awesome it is, but I am also searching for the parade directors because that’s who I want to be! I need to venture into my next career path!

  • I love what you get to do and I get to enjoy the end results of what you bring to the resort. I have gotten to see the Salute to the Golden Horseshoe after yesterday now 5 times. Thank you so much for bringing us this show back. I grew up watching this show, and hope maybe you will bring this back again. Job well done!!

  • Love the things you do! Just want to say what a great job you’ve done with the Salute to the Golden Horseshoe. I’ve been to see the show about 9 times now including one of the Annual Passholder shows. Every time I go I find new things to enjoy. Talented performers, excellent band, great costumes – you knocked one out of the ballpark with this show. Thank you.
