Celebrity Chef Carla Hall from ABC’s “The Chew” got a taste of some of the favorite dishes of Epcot Executive Chef Jens Dahlmann, all available at the Marketplaces around World Showcase Lagoon – escargot in brioche, griddled Maine lobster tail, tuna poke, kimchi hot dog – just a few of more than 200 tastes and beverages along the waterfront at the 18th annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
Look for Carla in the Festival Center Saturday and Sunday for cooking demos. (The popular chef’s events are sold out, but she’ll be signing copies of her book, “Cooking With Love: Comfort Food That Hugs You,” at the Festival Center.)
