Disneyland Chef Andrew Sutton and Bob Cabral from Williams Selyem winery are your hosts for an exclusive evening in the beautiful Carthay Circle Restaurant and Lounge. From Skuna Bay salmon carpaccio to roasted wild red grouse and buffalo tenderloin, this is an evening of exquisite tastes, each dish matched with the perfect pour.
