Apply for the 2014 Disney Dreamers Academy Through October 31

Have you heard about Disney Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey and Essence Magazine?

The program has the goal of inspiring and fueling the dreams of teens and helping them prepare for the future. Each year, 100 students are chosen from thousands of applicants to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort to participate in exclusive career workshops in a wide range of career paths, networking sessions and fun in the parks.

Once again, Puerto Rico is not eligible to participate. It’s frustrating. You must consider including Puerto Rico.

Are homeschooled students not eligible? My daughter would be perfect for this program.

Is this open to all ethnicities? I couldn’t find anything specific in the rules but the pictures make it appear that it is not for everyone. It sounds like a great program so I hope all ethnic groups are eligible.
