For those of you who love our delicious and oh-so-sweet gourmet apples, here is a new one to add to your list during your visit to Disneyland Resort!
I have no doubt in my mind that this is going to be by far one of the most popular apples around. Yes, I’ll admit, I got a sneak preview and taste test of this one. When it comes to combining apples, caramel, peanut butter and chocolate cookie sandwiches, the only question I have is, where do I line up?
Yes, you read that right! This particular apple has been covered in caramel, rolled in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and drizzled with peanut butter. The one word I can use to describe it … perfection! It could be because I’m a fan of each of those elements, but I’m telling you right now, you haven’t tasted anything like this. Take a look!
Look for it beginning January 1 at Candy Palace on Main Street, U.S.A., in Disneyland park; Trolley Treats on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure park; and Marceline’s Confectionery in the Downtown Disney District. Are you ready? Or do you have a different favorite gourmet apple?

If you look at the image really carefully you can see pretty much a full oreo cookie sitting on top under the drizzled chocolate and peanut butter. Gosh just writing that I am drooling….
Any chance these are coming to WDW? I think I need one… 😀
Emily, I wish they were, but currently there are no plans for the gourmet apples to appear at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Looks amazing! I really love the World of Color apple.
Fred, that’s an excellent choice too!
Yes, I believe they mean Oreos Justin. If these are anything like Mrs. Prindables – they’ll be delicious. We’ve always eaten them slicing up with a big knife – imagine much harder to handle in the parks – but worth trying. And aren’t they healthy snacks??? They’re Apples! LOL.
Who needs the apple?
I think oreos are sandwich cookies with a filling, these are probably chocolate wafers. LOL
Does “crushed chocolate sandwich cookies” mean Oreos?
I think you’re going to have to try one to find out. It’s incredible!
I can’t believe it’s fat and calorie free! 😉 Oh, this looks worth being bad for! YUM!
I wish! True fact. I tried it…and I ate the whole thing.
