The restaurant’s show-stopping wine cellar is part of the experience – just past the check-in podium, glimpse inside the on-stage room where the wines are stored, about 1,000 bottles in all, mostly from California’s Napa Valley. You’ll see an entire wall of magnums, and dozens of uncorked bottles of reds that are served by the glass. (And check out the cool Fender Guitar that’s part of the décor.)
