Looking for a ‘Cool’ Gift at the Disneyland Resort?

posted on February 26th, 2014 by Michelle Harker, Manager, Merchandise Marketing & Communications, Disneyland Resort

Our Sketch Artists at the Disneyland Resort have been hard at work recreating iconic moments by some of the beloved characters from the Disney animated film “Frozen.”
'Frozen'-Inspired Artwork by Sketch Artists at the Disneyland Resort

It was impossible for me to pick just one, as you can tell, so here are a few others I thought you might enjoy.

Curious about the price? A one-character sketch is $39.95, while a two-character sketch is $64.95, plus tax. Prices will vary based on the number of characters in the sketch.

So if you are looking for a “cool” gift for yourself or someone else, be sure to check out our “Frozen” inspired sketches and more, available now at Disneyana in Disneyland park and Off the Page in Disney California Adventure park.

Hi Michelle,
The sketches look great. I’m wondering though, do you happen to know the dimensions?

Michelle Harker on February 27th, 2014 at 11:26 am

Hey Travis! As you can see from Jeffrey’s note below the size of the sketch is 9″ x 12″. I hope that helps.

Will there be pictures featuring Kristoff and Anna together?

Heather on February 26th, 2014 at 7:34 pm

We are going to Disney World in November and I would love to get some of these for my daughter’s bedroom. Are these available at all at Walt Disney World?

Michelle Harker on February 27th, 2014 at 11:28 am

Hi Heather! As you can see from Matt’s note below, the sketches are available at Animation Gallery in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Art of Disney in Epcot and in Downtown Disney Marketplace, as well as Main Street Cinema in Magic Kingdom park. Be sure to say hi to Matt if he’s there when you visit!

Christoph?? How could he be missing from this line-up? I would also love to see one of the snow monster.

Michelle Harker on February 27th, 2014 at 11:29 am

Hi Alison! The teams are always working on new sketches, so keep an eye out in case new images are added to the Frozen inspired offerings.

Matt on February 27th, 2014 at 10:03 am

Hi Michelle! I’m one of the sketch artists here at Hollywood Studios, and wanted to let everyone know that all these sketches are also available at the galleries here at Walt Disney World. That includes the Animation Gallery at Hollywood Studios, the Art of Disney at Epcot and Downtown Disney, and Main Street Cinema at Magic Kingdom. Maybe we can add this info to the original post?

They’ve been a huge hit with guests so far!

Michelle Harker on February 27th, 2014 at 11:25 am

Thanks Matt!! I was trying to find out from the teams, but you are my hero, thanks for letting our Disney fans know! I’ll make sure go forward we include those locations as well.

Michelle I do love mine Queen Elsa sketches the artist that did mine was very good in drawing her. I was there when he did it at the Off The Page store. Elsa is my favorite new Disney character out of all the Disney characters. I would like another one of her in a different pose maybe in her coranaiton dress or showing off her ice powers. But anyway I love it. Thanks again

Also, don’t forget about Jason over at Art of Animation. I pick up one of his sketches every visit. He’s right in the main lobby.
