For the first time Disney Sports will host athletes competing in different fitness challenges that test speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and stamina. Challenges will be designed based on the age and skill level of the participant. Experienced athletes will take on challenges like muscle-ups and double downers, while recreational athletes will focus on core exercises like box jumps, kettlebell, pushups, squats and broad jumps.
