Just got an email from Ventura Marketing called Affidavit Processing that says I’m a potential prize winner. Do I need to complete this step to be eligible?

I also won and completed my form with my guest e-mail. She also never received an e-mail. This seems to happen a lot at these events. I think we are okay to check-in that day.
