I was able to get a 1-bedroom villa by redeeming RCI points from a timeshare account I took over from my mom. I feel very fortunate that I was able to get one. I like that the Disney properties are available through RCI.
How comfortable are the couch beds? was contemplating 2 rooms or 1 villa but like a comfy bed lol

What size are the washer/dryer? Stack able ? Full size? HD?
Do you get towels with you stay? Do the towels get refreshed in the Villa … Daily or not at all. Can you exchange towels for fresh towels if they don’t service the room?
