You have made a mistake in the October’s date. This is not 27th of october but 28th.
There is no “Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party” the 27th october ;-)

I am an annual pass holder. Can I get in the park in costume before the party begins?

Kristen, in years past they have allowed entry into the party as early as 4pm. Not sure how they react if you want to be in costume earlier than that and enter with your AP. But do you really want to be in costume all day long during the Florida heat and humidity? Best of luck.

Is this party just for kids? We are two adults who love Disney and are considering going. Would we feel out of place?
