A true Disneyland park original, Mad Tea Party has taken millions of our guests for a spin over the past nearly-sixty years. Climbing inside a giant tea cup makes you feel like you’ve stepped into Wonderland and shrunk down a bit with the help of a mysterious cake or potion. But seen from a different perspective – through the lens of Disneyland Chief Photographer Paul Hiffmeyer – these could be just regular-size tea cups … take a look!

Beautiful pics of one of my favorite rides. I grew up not too far from Disneyland with a brother, 3 years older than me. So we always had to be the fastest ones out there! It doesn’t bother my stomach at all(& I’m 51!). I still LOVE to spin as fast as possible. I hope to spin with my friend Jeff on Sunday 🙂
Erin,
Though we have seen the Park from many angles over the past 45 years seeing it through the lens of Mr. Hiffmeyer’s camera is always a special treat!! Paul sees the Park in a way the rest of us often miss. I have long felt he has one of the best “roles” in Disneylane (DCA too)!!!!

I totally agree!
Funny you should mention them. This is the only attraction at Disneyland that I have never, ever been able to stomach (yes, of course the pun is intended). 😉
I see what you did there. 😀
Sweet ! I can hardly wait to take a spin this May for my 50th birthday 🙂
Excellent photos and beautifully maintained attraction !
