Comments

  • Where do you preorder your lunch now? You can no longer do it on the test site, and I don’t see where you can do it through the dining reservations.

  • Just got a 12:05pm reservation for March 1… Do you still order ahead of time? This is considered quick-service, correct, so I still need to have a table-service scheduled? I feel so confused!!! But I don’t want to mess up our meal plan!

  • I just now got my lunch reservations for June. Couldn’t do it this morning, just wouldn’t go through but it did with ease a few minutes ago. Don’t give up!

  • I just got lunch for March 17th online – keep trying!

  • Just got reservations for the second week of June. Seems to be lots available! Good luck everyone!

  • just got it using mobile app. good luck everyone!

  • No, i’m still enable to do the reservation….

  • not yet, but keep looking online. website still only says reservations for dinner. hopefully once it “opens” we all get in 🙂

  • I have not been able to but hearing that some people are getting reservations – good luck.

  • I just got one for dinner in March on a day that has been booked forever. My guess is that there are going to be some people who preferred lunch reservations, and let their prior dinner reservations go once lunch was secured.

  • I called and they said that the computer hasn’t been updated yet and to keep checking throughout the day…she checked the reservations for the day I chose and there was hardly any and all for dinner, so its a computer/IT issue not that the day is booked… I guess we shall have to wait

  • Tried for June 14th. Nada. Said they are full through August.

  • Has anyone gotten a reservation yet? I still can’t get one. Been trying all day.

  • I’ve been trying all morning; just like everyone else. Looking for early reservation on 3/6 for 12 people. I sent an email instead of continuing to call but since the reservation is less than 2 weeks away they suggest I call. I know its crazy on those phone lines today – hopefully my patience pays off and I can get them tomorrow?

  • The system is not working AND the reservations are all booked.

  • I am having the same issue for the second week of June. I even got on at 4 a.m. mountain time, got a reservation, but it said there was a problem finalizing my request. ARG!! I am going to try to call soon.

  • I’m trying to get a reservation for the first week of June and not able to find any available times. Is the system not working or have all of the reservations really already been booked?

  • I have tried calling the Disney Resort Dining Reservations and it saying that the phone line isn’t available? What number do I need to call? We are playing on a two week window.

  • Help… Can’t seem to book today? Would I go to dining reservations or do I need to book it as one of my fast pass selections?

  • It is February 25th and the option to reserve at lunch time is still not showing up anywhere. Is there a special place you have to go to or is the ability to reserve time for lunch still happening?

  • Just tried booking for lunch with no luck and we have a 3 week window to play with. 🙁

  • I tried making reservations for lunch at 12:01 am on the 25 and wasn’t able to. I also started trying at 6am this morning (Feb. 25) and all reservations are full. How is this possible? What are the chances of still being able to experience being in the castle for a meal? I can’t bare to break our daughters hearts by telling them we will not be able to Beast’s castle.

  • The system is not working to accept reservations for Be My Guest. I logged on at 6:00 am on Feb 25, but when I get to the last step to book my reservation, it keeps saying that it is unable to process. Please help!

  • Just booked a lunch reservation for June 11th.

  • I am on the website now and it is asking for your resort reservation ID. I went on to find the 12 digit number under my magic pass and that number does not work. What is the right number?

  • We sometimes dine here twice in one trip. Will we be able to book two reservations (on different days), or will we have to wait till the first ADR is used to book the second?

  • The problem with walk-ups is they are rare to get at dinner because few groups cancel last minute. Reservations for dinner are next to impossible to get, because the resort guests take all of them before it opens to the public. So are all the tables being held for lunch reservations or are some being set aside for those who can’t get reservations?

  • my trip is less than 30 days away from Feb. 25. Will I be able to get in?

  • Will there be any characters (Beast) come through the restaurant during lunch?

  • Will we be able to walk in after Feb 25th?

  • I would also love to know the answer to the question about whether walk-ups will be accepted. I travel to WDW as a group tour director, and often don’t know my park schedule more than a couple weeks in advance, if that. I adore the BOG lunch as a delicious and relaxing break from the park. I hope I can still do that even if I am not able to get an ADR.

  • My 27 day window for the “Test/ FP” site will be open soon, can I still book Lunch using the test site for a date AFTER the 24th? or will I need to wait until the 25th to book for the 25th and forward?

    • Hi Keyana, For dates after February 24, you will need to wait until February 25 to make your reservation. 🙂

  • oh happy day!! I was afraid they would change it to table service or something!! So it is fast casual….and we will be set!!!!

  • so does this mean that they won’t be doing walk ins for lunch anymore? just curious as a passholder cause it’s one of the places at MK my sister and I enjoy lunching at though we don’t know we’re visiting the parks usually until the morning of our visits usually thanks to my swing schedule at work

    • Walk-in’s will continue to be accepted as they are now, based on availability.

  • Does anyone know, if we are going the first week in March… if we would be able to take advantage of this on Feb 25th?

    • Yes, reservations can be made for 180 days in advance starting on February 25. 🙂

  • WDW DINE is saying 6am on the 25th.

  • Would love to know when on the 25th reservations can be made! 12:00 AM EST? 6:00 AM EST?

  • ‘Fast-casual’?

  • Disney, what about those of us who are visiting during that period? We will be at the Magic Kingdom on the day of the change (2/25), and had been attempting to book a FP reservation for that day. Visiting BOG was a goal. This change seems to leave us high and dry because there is no transition – the new reservation system isn’t available until the actual day we want to eat there.

    • Hi John, Reservations for February 25 will be available at 6a.m. that same day, and can be booked via My Disney Experience, disneyworld.com/dine, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

  • I just called Disney. It is going to count as a Quick Service Meal.

  • My question along with the ones above is will we still be able to pick where we wish to sit or will tables be given us?

    • Hi Mary Beth, you will still be able to choose your table. Personally, I love sitting in the West Wing. 🙂

  • What time do the reservations go live on February 25th? 12:00 AM EST?

  • Will this “fast-casual” still be considered Counter Service….and will reservations be able to be made 180 days in advance like other dining?

    • Hi Jeffrey! Yes, the Fast-Casual lunch Be Our Guest Restaurant is considered Quick Service on the Disney Dining Plan.

  • So what will the entiitlements on the dining plan be? 1 quick service or 1 table service?

    • If you are using the Disney Dining Plan, Be Our Guest Restaurant is one Quick Service credit at lunch, one Table Service credit at dinner.

  • Any word on whether Beast will be greeting guests at lunch (like he does at dinner)?

  • Will lunch have the same menu as the table-service dinner? Or will this be just similar to the current lunchtime fast-passes offered for a counter service meal?

    • Be Our Guest Restaurant will continue to offer different menus for Lunch and Dinner.

  • Since via MDE are these reservations booking times open at 180 days? Or is your 30 day pre-order time frame the earliest you can make a reservation?

  • Will these reservations be available 180 days in advance or 30?

    • Hi Heather, Reservations can be made 180 days in advance, you can pre-order your meal 30 days in advance of your reservation.

  • This is exciting news! Is this still a Quick Service meal on the Disney Dining Plan? How far in advance can reservations be made, 180 days or 60 days or something else? Also will this count towards one of the 3 FastPass reservations? Thank you for any clarification you can provide!

  • Will this still be a Counter Service credit on the Disney Dining Plan?

    • Yes, Lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant will remain one Quick Service entitlement on the Disney Dining Plan.
