Taste Track, a new food and beverage location at Epcot, is serving up a few new twists on the favorite sandwich. These specialty grilled cheese sandwiches are as creative as the cars you can design at nearby Test Track.
For a deliciously grown-up version of the grilled cheese sandwich, try the Gruyere and Applewood smoked bacon. Elevate your sandwich with the Fontina and tomato basil version. For a sweet take on the classic sandwich, try the Canadian cheddar and apples grilled cheese sandwich on cinnamon raisin bread. The crisp apple slices perfectly complement the melty cheese.
Each sandwich comes with your choice of tomato bisque soup or a side salad. Other menu items include roasted chicken salad and a kid’s grilled cheese sandwich.

I tried the Gruyere and Applewood smoked bacon in May & thought it was amazing! So was the tomato soup I got on the side to dip it in! I will be going back soon & am so happy to hear that it will be a permanent kiosk there! Although I don’t know if I could get myself to try another sandwich since I liked this one so much! 🙂
It would be great if there were more tables to eat on that were shaded though.
There is a food truck located near Test Track, which has about 3 or 4 tall tables to stand around. The sandwiches and soup were delicious! Enjoyed this back in March, but don’t know if it’s still there or will be there permanently.

Hi Benjamin, Taste Track has a salad with Romaine Lettuce, Golden Raisins, Pecans, Granny Smith Apples and White Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette – just ask for no chicken or cheese on the salad. 🙂
Is this in the old Odyssey Restaurant building that’s right next door to Test Track? Great use of the facility, if it is!

I have taste tested and can confirm that they are delicious! The tomato bisque soup is available as a snack entitlement.
