Guests interested in adding more magic – and convenience – to their next stay at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort should consider booking (or upgrading upon check-in, pending availability) to “Club Level.” What exactly does “Club Level” entail?

Well, all club-level rooms feature the wonderful amenities of our guest rooms, plus special touches including nightly turndown service and in-room DVD players. One of the coolest features is that all club-level guests have exclusive access to the hotel’s concierge club. The clubs are different at each of our three on-property hotels, but all have a dedicated concierge desk, as well as complimentary refreshments throughout the day. I’ll share an insider’s view of the lounges over the next couple of posts.

At Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, club-level guests are invited to relax at the Craftsman Club, located on the sixth floor near the Great Hall elevators. The Craftsman Club feels like a spacious living room adorned with Arts and Crafts-style decor. Club guests can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and mingle over wine and dessert while watching the fireworks!

  • Afternoon Tea (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.) – A selection of teas and other beverages, accompanied by a variety of goodies.
  • Grand Hours (5-7 p.m.) – Scrumptious appetizers and cheese, paired with your choice of wine and beer.
  • Sweet Endings (8-10 p.m.) – Delectable desserts and after-dinner beverages.

  • Great idea Disney! We regularly book Club-level at WDW, thanks to my wife’s generous parents I might add, so this is a welcome addition to DLR (which we more frequently go to).

  • Are there any gluten free options in the club level food offerings?
