From state-of-the-art fitness centers, to miles of New Balance Running Trails, healthy meal options at resort restaurants and runDisney event weekends with activities for the entire family, we have you covered!

Over the next couple weeks we will show you what our resorts have to offer health-minded guests. Today we kick-off our series with a look at some of the fitness centers on property. Facilities feature Life Fitness machines, free weights, cardio equipment and trained staff to assist. Spa services are available at select resorts to help you recover and prepare for that fun day in the theme parks.

  • Valerie, thanks for your question. There are now additional charges for registered guests to use the workout facilities at the resorts. Obviously there are additional charges for spa services if you decide to enhance your experience.
