It’s no secret that many of you look forward to new wallpaper art here on the Disney Parks Blog. Our gallery now has more than 100 different choices and continues to be a popular section of the site to visit, especially during the holidays.

Since launching our first wallpaper, we’ve offered a variety of desktop and mobile display sizes to choose from. Now, we’re adding a few more – especially for your wrist – beginning with our Disney Parks Blog 8th Anniversary Orange Bird wallpaper design. To add the Orange Bird design to your watch, simply navigate to our wallpaper page and click the drop-down box to choose Apple Watch 38mm or 42mm.

As we release new wallpapers, you’ll see the new “Apple Watch” options along with our regular display sizes. Check back later this week to find a new Disney Parks Blog wallpaper.

Also, be sure to check out the terms of use about using the wallpaper before you download it.

And if you want to grab a design right now, visit our gallery page to see the exclusive wallpapers we’ve released over the years.

  • Omg how did I never know about this!!! Thank you so much lol. This is perfect!!! Just a side note. If love to see more Disneyland oriented wallpapers

  • While I love and appreciate the thought and idea, these aren’t really that useful…you have to add it to a photo album to make it become your watch face, and the design isn’t thought out well for being on a watch face. It would be nice to see variations of the wallpapers that are designed specifically for the watch face, with space for the time and date and complications.

  • I’m not seeing that it’s available.

  • FYI, the Watch option isn’t in the dropdown menu yet.

  • For the average user, the step listed above have over simplified the process on how to make it appear as an Apple Watch Face.

The user should download the wallpaper on their iPhone. In the Apple Watch app on the user’s iPhone, they have to choose a Synched Album. This album’s photos will be synced or added to the Apple Watch. The user must place the downloaded wallpaper in that album to be transferred to the Apple Watch.

On the Apple Watch, the user then goes to the Photos app and force touches on the Wallpaper image. The option to “Create Watch Face” appears, and the user can then customize the face using the downloaded wallpaper.
