Chef Remy is cooking up something special at Epcot, and we have a first look inside to share with you today!

Walt Disney Imagineering is hard at work developing a new attraction for the park’s France pavilion, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, planned to open in summer 2020. Based on Disney and Pixar’s hit film, “Ratatouille,” this family-friendly attraction will invite you to shrink down to the scale of a rat for a culinary adventure with Chef Remy.

You’ll race across Gusteau’s kitchen floor aboard special trackless ride vehicles, which you can see in the image at the top of this post – just released today – as Disney Imagineers work on bringing this attraction to life.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is one of several new experiences coming to Epcot as part of the park’s historic transformation already underway. To find out more about Epcot’s future, click here. And keep checking Disney Parks Blog for more exciting updates like this one!

  • My family is planning a trip to disney at the end of April. My son is obsessed with Ratatouille and love to be able to visit. When is opening day?

  • Will it be a restaurant as well?

  • It said this summer. But will it be ready to go by July 6, 2020?

  • Will this attraction be open by July 4th

  • Are there any Maps that show this attraction and other new/future attractions location? Thanks.

  • To the person regarding the wheelchair accessable trackless car – I’m pretty sure there is one in the disneyland paris version so I would expect yes.

  • Is there going to be a wheelchair trackless ride vehicle to be able to remain in a wheelchair to ride it?

    • Thanks for your question! Similar to Ratatouille: The Adventure in Disneyland Paris, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in Epcot will be accessible, both for guests who need to remain in their wheelchairs and for those who can transfer.
