Today we have video of holiday decorations at Disneyland park from the ‘60s through the ‘80s. Take a look at the Christmas trees from different years. Can you imagine what it takes to flock a tree of that size?
I particularly like the tradition of Disney characters helping dress up Disneyland park for the holidays. It makes sense to me that Mickey and Donald decorate their home just like we decorate ours.

Yes, yes, yes, More videos please – loved this ! Although we’ve been to Disney parks many times in the Spring and Fall before , we will be visiting Disneyland during the holiday season for the first time this year. Seven more sleeps !!! (can’t sleep – I’m so excited)
How magical, just came back, but wish I was there again! I love how no detail is left out, everything is meticulously decorated and it is just amazing. Love it!!!

It’s so great that Disney Co. has finally realized they can have a meaningful, fun and intelligent conversation with its fan base via the Disney Parks Blog.
