Whether you’re planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort for the holidays or just looking to bring some Disney magic into your home this season, we have some fun tools to help you.

Disneyland.com/holidays is a new site that gives a great overview of the attractions and entertainment experiences available during the holiday season. Check it out if you’re planning a visit so you don’t miss the exclusive experiences only offered through January 3.

Here are some things I really liked on the site and thought you might also have some fun with at home:

  • Build A Snowman – It’s a mind game. Put on your thinking cap, and move around the stack of snowballs to build a snowman. Sounds easy, right? There are a few tricks that may just trip you up, and every time you complete a puzzle, one more snowball will be added.
  • Holiday Greetings – Spread some holiday cheer and send a customized electronic card with Disney characters and holiday music to your friends and family. The best part? You can skip the stamps and you don’t have to rummage around to find home addresses.
  • Holiday Pixie Prints – Create customized personal invitations for that holiday party you’re throwing or a fun birthday invitation for kid with a December birthday. You can create customized merry frames for your photos to print and share.

The site also has holiday-themed coloring pages with Disney characters that you can print out and a much more fun holiday wish list than I ever had as a kid.

Also on the Disneyland Facebook fan page, there’s a new Holidays tab where you can vote for your favorite holiday attraction.

It’s your turn. What planning tips do you offer friends and family members who are visiting during the holidays?
