  • Cute picture.

  • Not as big a crowd in 1970 as 2010.

  • I LOVE this picture. Too cute =)

  • Gary, I was thinking the same thing. Crowd much smaller 40 yrs ago.

  • Awesome Picture. Notice what is NOT in the picture?

  • Isn’t it “Daylight SavingS Time?” I learned something new I guess!

  • The Castle is not there at the end of the street. Love the picture

  • That is so awesome.

  • This Picture is very cute! I love it

  • The castle is not in this photo because the picture was taken looking towards the train station at the opposite end of main street. Love Disneyland!!

  • Actually, taking a second look, I think it is just the angle of the photo. I assure the castle was there in 1970!

  • #12 – I think it’s a combination of the angle of the photo, plus MICKEY and his ladder are blocking our view of the castle!!

Kinda surprising they didn’t take the photo so you could see the castle in the background as well. They only needed to take a couple of steps to their left, so you could see it.

I’ve been sending a link to this photo to everybody I need to remind that this Sunday is Daylight SavingS Day!!

Thanks for the reminder, Disney! I would’ve expected it to come in April, like it usually does.

  • Love the picture!!!!

  • That is a REALLY Mousetacular photo… wow! Look at Main Street. It looks like things haven’t changed one bit. I love it!!

    Thank you!!

  • Awesome!!! I love it… Baloo and King Louie! I wanna be like you-would love to see rare characters like this again!!!

  • notice the cast member peeking out of the store to the left of the characters. love it!
