Some of my favorite Disney Parks Blog posts are “first looks” and Walt Disney Imagineer Steven Davison wowed us this week with a peek at what’s to come. Steven and team showed how we’re getting the fountains to dance during “World of Color.” Since the show doesn’t have live performers, the fountains are the dancers and actors.
And now, here’s our weekly list of most popular posts:
First Meet-Up at Disneyland Resort — Toy Story Mania! and Walt Disney Imagineering fans got an insider’s look at the new changes in Toy Story Mania! Walt Disney Imagineer, Kevin Rafferty, answered fans’ questions about the making-of the attraction and what it’s like to work on this project.
Disneyland Hotel Makeover — The pool area is getting a whole new look, including a complete redesign of the Never Land Pool.
‘World of Color’ – Behind the H2O – Making the Fountains Dance — Joshua Horner, a choreographer from Australia, took the show’s musical score to create a style and choreographic point of view for each number.
New, Improved Online Dining Reservation System for Walt Disney World Restaurants — Disney “foodies” can now search and retrieve online reservations for Walt Disney World restaurants.
Wonderful and Scary — Walt Disney World photographer, Garth Vaughan, a spooky, exciting and thrilling view of Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
