As fans of the hit ABC series “LOST” prepare for the series finale, I thought it would be fun to look back at a photo we took during ABC Primetime Preview Weekend at Disney’s California Adventure park in 2004.
During the event, which took place 10 days before the debut of this wildly popular television series, original cast members Matthew Fox, Harold Perrineau, Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan took the 13-story plunge on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror together.
I like to think that their brief trip to the fifth dimension was good preparation for the six successful seasons that followed.

I planned our trip to Disney World before Lost announced their final episode date. And of course they coincide! The wife and I and my parents are huge fans and the thought of watching the finale on a standard def hotel TV was not an option. We just went out and bought a portable HD projector just for this trip. We’ll hang a sheet in our hotel room and enjoy the finale in style!

Sorry I didn’t think to add this in my previous post, but I will be down in WDW during the final two episodes :(…. anywho, does anyone know if they sell LOST stuff in Hollywood Studios anywhere?
I’m going to be at WDW for the finale too. Will be at Magic Kingdom, so I hope I can get home the next day without hearing spoilers!

I love the Tower of Terror!! I have photos of my family sitting in those very same seats, I think the looks on our faces are exactly the same as theirs, hilarious. LOST I will definitely miss you, its been a great 6 years!!

Wish the y would bring back the ABC Primetime Weekend, that was a lot of fun. My DD talks about all the time.
James in TN– Have you checked around? I would think they Park would be having some sort of Season Finale watching party SOMEWHERE! Downtown Disney…. Disney Studios…. Even the Hotels get big inflatable screens to show movies by the pool. I would check to see if anything is around cause that would be WAY fun!
great pic! but sad lost is ending…just watched last weeks show and am waiting for tonights…can’t wait to see who makes it and who doesn’t…after lost ends what will i watch???
Just went to Disneyland at the end of April. Already planning another trip (just me…no kids) in June. This last trip was the first time that my daughter and I ever rode The Tower of Terror. It was so neat to see our favorite characters from Lost on our new favorite ride!! Thanks so much for sharing it!!!
@Ben – they sell “Lost” merchandise in the hotel gift shop at the exit to Tower of Terror in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Has anyone found out if there is there is a lost party in Disney for the final episode. We did not realize we booked the vacation the same day as the finale.
