Meet Wade Heath. Wade is a parking lead at the Disneyland Hotel and a fine example of how our cast brings the magic to life for you – our guests.
Every day that Wade is at work he turns great vacations into unforgettable ones. Guests have even come back to the Resort from as far as Japan bearing gifts of gratitude, to thank Wade for making their time here so special. Because of his genuine, caring service – Wade was recently selected as the 2010 Outstanding Lodging Employee of the Year by the American Hotel & Lodging Association – that means they consider him the best in the country!

Wade it’s people like you that bring us back to Disneyland Hotel over and over again. Most people take customer service for granted, until they receive very bad or very good service. We all appreciate someone who truly cares compared to someone who is simply doing the minimum required. Thank you and keep it up!

It is the cast members like Wade that set Disney aside from all others. We just left Disneyland and I can honestly say that there wasn’t a cast member that didn’t go over the top to make our time there special.
I live (quite literally) 1 mile from Magic Mountain and it’s a fun place… no doubt. BUT — our family makes the trek to Disneyland about once every 6 weeks BECAUSE of people like Wade. Disney understands that the magic begins the moment you drive into the parking lot. Congrats and keep up the great work Wade (and Disney in general).
Every time I visit Disneyland it’s because of people like Wade. I agree that Walt would be proud to see someone with so much passion on his team and continuing to make magical experiences for his audience. I truly hope that cast members like Wade move up in the company and oversee things on a grand scale because it’s that attention to detail and love for people that make disney destinations complete escapes from reality and always a pleasure to visit. We are all proud of you, Wade and I would really like my family to meet you when we come back to the happiest place on earth in two months!!!

My family believes there truly is “magic” at Disneyland, and that magic is created everyday by Wade and cast members like him. It is evident that he has a true commitment to the original values and vision that Walt had when he opened the park.
Wade – thank you for keeping the magic alive for all of us. There are many places we could spend our cherished vacation time, but cast members like you continue to make Disneyland our favorite destination.
The guest service at Disneyland Hotel (I haven’t stayed at the others, but I assume they are just as awesome) is incomparable to any other hotel I have ever stayed at. The wonder of your Disneyland trip starts as you unload your luggage at the front door, which can be a truely trying moment in other locations. If you want your trip to run smoothly, stay at the Disneyland Resort.
