Hi everyone…this weekend, Disney Cruise Line made history as the Disney Magic arrived in Dover, England for the very first time to begin its first-ever Northern European voyages. Here’s a photo of the ship arriving at its newest homeport of Dover, a picturesque English town renowned for its breathtaking “white cliffs”.
Over the next two months, the Disney Magic will take Guests to some of the most beautiful ports in the Baltic, including Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm and St. Petersburg. The 12-night voyages from Dover will visit Sweden, Norway, Germany, Denmark, Russia, and Finland or Estonia.
The Northern European voyages will continue through the end of July, when the Disney Magic returns to Barcelona to resume Mediterranean cruise vacations with 10- and 11-night itineraries sailing to Valletta, Malta; Tunis, Tunisia; Ajaccio, Corsica; Naples, Civitavecchia and La Spezia in Italy and Villefranche, France.
On September 18, the ship will begin its transatlantic voyage back to Port Canaveral, Florida.

WOW! I was on board when you took those pictures (OK…I was still asleep as it was VERY early in the morning!!) Had a great voyage from Barcelona to Dover and can’t wait until my next cruise!!

Took the Trans Atlantic Cruise over! GREAT TRIP, didnt want to get off! Will do it again some day, no question about it!
Was on the Magic for the Med cruise May 15-26 – fantastic. Would love to do the Northern Europe Cruise someday.

@ Daniel, you could look the schedule up on the Disney Cruiseline web site, but i don’t think it will be staying in port for long. usually it is just in port for the day, or turnaround!

I live in Kent and want to go see the ship in port, but am unsure of the dates it will actually be IN Dover itself.
could you possibly reply and let me know when it will be there so that I can go take photos of it?
Has it left on a cruise already? Or is it just sitting there until the 24th? Would it still be there this weekend coming?
