Hello fellow Disney fans. I’m honored to join the official Disney Parks Blog as an author for Disney’s PhotoPass Service, the coolest way to get everyone in the picture. This month, I’m sharing photos of park guests in amazing costumes at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Take a look:

So, what’s Disney’s PhotoPass Service? If you’ve been in the parks, you’ve probably seen our photographers capturing thousands of photos at different locations around the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. Even better, if you attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom Park or Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland Park, you will experience unique party elements (cool Halloween décor and some of your favorite characters dressed in their holiday finest). The best news is that our photographers are there to capture your Halloween party memories, getting everyone into the picture.
How does it work you ask? Simple:
After smiling for the camera, you get a unique Disney’s PhotoPass card to load with images you have taken by Disney’s PhotoPass photographers at different locations (there are no limits to how many photos you can have taken or associated with your Disney’s PhotoPass card). Then comes the best part – you log-in or register on DisneyPhotoPass.com to see and share your photos. We even have online Disney artwork to help you customize all of your photos, including custom Halloween themed artwork. (Online registration required. Photos available online for 30 days after theme park visit.)
Be sure and check back for more from our Disney’s PhotoPass team. Also, if you’re looking to connect with us directly, visit our website at http://www.disneyphotopass.com. You can also find us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter. So come check us out, and in the meantime, what are you dressing as for the next party?

Love the pics! Please add more photopass locations around the parks – I love purchasing the CD but it’s hard to justify it at times. Thanks!
Adorable! My boyfriend and I are going as Shrek and Fiona, wish we could be in Disney for Halloween!
We are sooo EXCITED because we will be at the party for Halloween, not to mention it is our little boy’s very 1st trip to Disney World!! My husband will be Father Time, I will be Mother Nature and our son will be Baby New Year!! Plus my Mom and brother and my husband’s Mom, brother and sister will be there all in costume too!! I CAN’T WAIT!!!
Awesome , I was there and remember seeing the mum and son dressed as Toy story. Really great evening
I have a photopass card from a few years ago, is it still reusable? At any of the parks?
Yes, the cards are re-usable and work at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
Definitely having more available throughout the parck would be so much more convenient.
I LOVED PHOTOPASS BUT THE CD PRICE WENT UP FROM SIX MONTHS AGO,
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOU OWN PICS
OMG~ That one couple is dressed as Aeris and Zack! Cuuuuuuute! <3
Welcome to the blog Mr. Jeff!
I have to agree with adding more locations. At DHS my wife and I wanted our picture taken in front of the Muppets Fountain. No PhotoPass folks in the area. We walked down the street and found one who was getting ready for The Power Rangers. He said that he couldn’t leave….but then I think he felt sorry for us and walked quickly with us to the fountain. He took a few pictures for us, chatted a few minutes and then ran back to his spot. We were so happy that he made that exception for us, though he was told he couldn’t leave his spot. Great service!
Jeff,
My family and I were in Walt Disney World last week and had a PhotoPass portrait session at the Grand Floridian. Your photographers are AMAZING! She did a great job, and really knew how to get great pictures of our family, even with the 2 year old who was feeling a bit under the weather! She got us a ton of great pictures, sure to be on our holiday cards this year, and did so very quickly and efficiently so that we could get to the fun that awaited us!
Thanks!
Doug
Im so glad that you are on the disney blog team. I look forward to reading your blogs. Loved this first one with the guests pics.
What exciting ways to add magic to the end of the Disney day! Great picturesof Halloween Mr. Nickel, but I have a question I hope you can asnwer, if possible. How does one become a photographer for the disney parks? Thanks. This is a dream of mine to be apart of such a wonderful and fun company.
I know they normally dont allow adults to wear Disney costumes in the parks…is there an exception for October? Or can you only dress up for the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party?
I just wish prices were a little better. Maybe cheaper packages or something. Just can’t justify it. LOVE the pictures; hate the prices.
My daughter was just married on 10/10/10. She chose to go to Disney for her honeymoon, even though we live in Florida.
I LOVE Disney. I guess I’m still a kid at heart.
I love the costumes. They are terrific…..

Hiya Jeff
Yahoo we’re on the page !!
We’re the rather fetching couple dressed as the witch and Frankie at the top of the page.
This was a great night and anyone wondering whether to go or not -should wonder no more – Get along and have some fun.
We done it last year dressed in special tee shirts but decided this year to dress up and it was well worth it!.
I cannot tell you the amount of people who asked us to be photographed with them – makes you feel like one of the “team ” lol.
Anyway thanks for making the whole thing extra special yet again!

Wow great to see my brother and sister in law featured in your blog. He’s the scary one with the big green mask. They are such big Disney fans and travel from the UK every year to visit so this will give the such a huge buzz. Thanks to all the cast members at Disney and the photographers you all do such a great job to make everyone’s memories more magical.
