Without doubt Castaway Cay is a favorite port of call when sailing aboard the Disney cruise ships.

The 1000-acre island paradise just debuted a wave of new experiences for our guests. These enhancements provide guests with more water-based family-fun, additional conveniences and a slice of beachside luxury all designed to complement the idyllic island setting.

Check out this video and see all the new experiences awaiting guests at Castaway Cay.

  • Can’t wait to get married there! 7 months to go!

  • Was there this Saturday for the first time. The island is wonderful. The food at Cookies fabulous. The Teen Hide Out although was a huge disappointment (coming from my 16 year old teen who had made a bunch of friends on board) – no beach access, no shade, no water feature. Great if you like volleyball or tether ball, otherwise, not so good.

  • looks wonderful Jonathan

  • I just booked my trip a few nights ago to sail beginning on Halloween! I think I will be VERY much like Eric and be the big kid of Pelican Plunge. Ohhh I cannot wait for this trip!!! Might have to go look at the Plan my Trip module and look at the cost of one of those cabanas too. Disney, I love you! =)

  • Loved our day on Castaway Cay. Totally enjoyed just laying on the beach enjoying the perfect day. I too wish the stay were longer than one day.

  • Nice! My fiancĂ© and I are taking our honeymoon cruise in March on the Magic. We can’t wait to experience everything at Castaway in person… Thanks for sharing:)

  • Family went in 2007, and this just makes me want to back so much. Looks like some great new additions. Thanks.

  • Was on one of the first Cruises when they did a soft open for Pelican Plunge, I was the only “big kid” swimming out there to go on it again and again. Can’t wait to plan my next trip back!
