  • If a ticket is activated in a few weeks–and only used for two days, can the remaining day be used next spring?

  • Mr. Stovall……………
I understand what you said above dated October 26th, 2010 at 10:03 am : “Disney Military Promotional Tickets can be purchased by active and retired U.S. military personnel for themselves and up to five additional family members or friends. Disney Military Promotional Tickets can be upgraded to include additional days, but at the regular Magic Your Way ticket price and the extra days would have the normal MYW expiration (14 days from first use).”…………

……….BUT now my question is….I only need ONE extra day..to make it a 5 day ticket…..would I pay the $82 for a one day or pay the 5th day price of $47.50…..? AND does that mean I am buying to sets of tickets…a set of the 4Day Military Promo and then a set of regular 1 day tickets…….how is this all combined?

    Thank in advance!

    • Unfortunately, my first answer was incorrect. Disney Military Promotional Tickets can only be upgraded to an annual pass. I apologize for the confusion.

  • We were at WDW in early Sept this year with the family under the Salute program. It was wonderful. Thank you to WDW. We would like to return for the Christmas season this year. Is it possible for us to return under the new program this calendar year? Thank you for your time.

  • Thank you, Disney for offering discounts to the military. We are certainly appreciative and understand that not everyone will be able to take advantage of your generous offer. For all who are eligible and those who are not, please recognize that no one is entitled to a discount; regardless of their service. Again, thank you, Disney!

  • With the Water Parks and more option on the military promotion, how many days do you have to visit the water parks or the other options? Does it just include one day or is it more than one day?

  • I have a question, not really about the Military Promotion Tickets, but about the Premier Passports. Is there a military discount for those?

  • does the ticket expire within 14 days after its 1st use? or you can use the remaining 2 days before Oct 2011?

and if we want to visit during a blackout date, can we upgrade/ pay the remaining value for that day?

  • Do I just check my adult children and their kids into the gate or do I have to purchase a ticket for myself in order for them to use the 3 day park pass?

  • Can a retired military member purchase a ticket for himself and his spouse and then an additional 5 family members or is the spouse included in the 5 family members?

  • Disney has always been our favorite place in the world. Once you arrive at Disney World, a happy, carefree rush overcomes you and you are transported to a place of happiness far away from the real life stresses that I’m sure everyone feels in this day and age. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran. We are planning a trip there in June 2011 and this will be the first time we can take advantage of this Disney offer. Although we are very greatful and thankful to Disney for the great offers and discounts, I tend to agree with past posts that all veterans should be able to benefit from these discounts. One serviceman’s sacrifices are no greater than anothers.

Thank you to Disney for recognizing the veterans of our great country. To all the veterans, have a Happy Veterans Day and thank you for your service.

  • I had a question about the volunteer progam. We volunteered this past year while stationed at Ft Drum but since that time we have been reocated to Ft Hood, TX and could not take advantage of the volunteer free day before the deadline. Is there any way of utilizing that free day now ? The kid’s were pretty bummed out about it sine they spent a whole Saturday volunteering and now they say “well why did we waste our time doing that”. I know I know it is just a child talking but —- Thanks for your assistance.

  • What is the process of activating the tickets for the first time? Thanks for your help.
