I can hardly believe it’s November! Time flies by and the holidays are just around the corner. In the coming weeks, I’ll highlight some of the season’s must haves, but until then, here are a few artist signings and releases you might want to know about.
- For those always wanting to be a member of the “club,” check out our new Mickey Mouse Club 55th Anniversary-themed doll, inspired by one of the iconic members of the Mickey Mouse Club, Annette. The doll will be released at 9 a.m. on Nov. 11.
- Next on the radar is Kevin Kidney & Jody Daily at Disneyland Resort on November 13 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., signing the newest release from their 55th Anniversary vehicle collection. They’ll take you on a mine train back in time through Nature’s Wonderland.
- Disney Traditions artisan Jim Shore returns. As my post last month mentioned, we will celebrate the release of two new sculptures: Tour Guide Minnie and Engineer Mickey on Nov. 20–21. For those visiting Walt Disney World, Jim will appear Dec. 3-5.
- Last but not least, Tron-actics beware! Local Southern California artist Noah, will appear at D Street in Anaheim on Nov. 21. Fellow blogger and the biggest TRON fan I know, Steven Miller, will share details shortly. Here’s a “little” glimpse into the future, though you’ll have to wait for his post to see more.
Wondering where you can find details on some of the events and releases mentioned? Visit www.ArtofDisneyParks.com, and all the details should be there.

Hi, Michelle these are great cannot wait for the 13th. Maybe you can help with another issue. I am trying to find the ice cream dishes that Kidney & Daily created for the MMC 55th, any idea as to when Disneyland will start carrying them?
