The ‘Cuisine Queens’ Toss Pizzas at Via Napoli

What do a celebrated cookbook author and food writer, a busy, working mom who knows that Todd English and a hot Toddy are different and synonymous, and an executive who has turned her passion for food into her career have in common?

We love eating out and we love eating out at Walt Disney World! We have started calling ourselves “Disney’s Cuisine Queens” mostly because when at Disney Parks, you should have a title if you want to wear a tiara. We promise to eat our way around Disney Parks’ restaurants to give you an insider’s look at the delicious side to Disney, with three different opinions. This week our trio travels to “Italy” and visits one of Epcot’s newest restaurants, Via Napoli.

It’s a grueling job, but we don’t mind taking one for the team.

  • What a fun video! Laura, it was nice to put a face to the kind voice that was on the other end of the phone last month 🙂 Our family plans to dine at Via Napoli when we head that way in January. Now that we’ve seen how that yummy pizza is made, we’re even MORE excited about checking it out. Looking forward to more “Cuisine Queens” videos 🙂

  • We have reservations there for this Friday, the 3rd! I can’t wait! Did anyone try the Calamari? That is my son and husbands favorite appetizer. I’d love a good Caesar salad, I wonder if they make it homemade there?

  • Loved the video, Laura! Our family enjoyed Via Napoli in October. My 14 yr old son has declared their pizza to be the best he’s ever had (and that boy has eaten a lot of pizza)! I highly recommend Via Napoli. Not only is the food fantastic, but the restaurant itself is beautiful as well.

  • We are really looking forward to our meal at Via Napoli in February. We have our meal reservations for the vacation fully booked. I can’t wait to see what my kids order. They are very adventurous when it comes to cuisines, but Italian is very high on our list. Thanks for the video. I will make sure they get to see it!

  • We ate here in October and looooved the pizza! We too are eating our way around the World. There are very few restaurants in the parks or at the resorts that we have not tried. Coming in January and may try the Jiko Wine Dinner.
