The Disney Dream Arrives at Florida's Port Canaveral
Earlier this week, we christened the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the Disney Dream. We’ve documented the ships’s journey from its construction in Germany to its homecoming in Florida. Take a look back in some of our top Disney Dream posts.

  3. Inside the Disney Dream – We shared an exclusive look at the three-deck atrium lobby in November. It’s the first sight that will greet guests when they board the ship.
  4. A Familiar Face Taking Shape Aboard the Disney Dream – This past fall, we showed the progress being made on the ship’s exterior as it entered the final phase of construction before preparing to leave the shipyard.
  5. The Disney Dream Sails to the Sea – In November, the Disney Dream departed the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany, and made a 26-mile journey down the Ems River toward the North Sea.

  • We sail March 20th on The Dream!!

  • I have really enjoyed seeing all the news about the Dream this week on tv and online. We sail on Aug 2 and my 2 year keeps saying, “I want to watch the ‘big boat’ again mommy. Let’s go now!” I wish we were going now, I can’t wait!
